Lockgate Dairy is a B&B located in Sidlesham (5 miles south of Chichester and 5 miles north of Selsey).

We are looking for a hard working and flexible person to help with our Breakfast service.

Your hours would vary depending on our booking levels, most weeks this would be 4 days, but in busy periods we are ideally looking to find someone who can potentially help us out for 7 days a week (occassionally).

Your duties would include:

• Preparing the kitchen each day
• Cooking our lovely English breakfasts
• Serving breakfasts to our guests
• Making our guests feel welcome (having a bit of a chat with them)
• Clearing and resetting the tables
• Cleaning and tidying the kitchen and breakfast area
• Other related duties eg Ironing napkins, hoovering the dining area etc

Your hours would be:

• 6:30am - finish of breakfast (usually circa 10:00am to midday)
• Generally 4 days per week (weekends are our busiest time, sometimes 5 days per week and occasionally 7 days a week (when we're very busy)
