About the Role

Southdown is a leading provider in housing, supported employment and specialist support in Sussex. Southdown's Housing Division oversees the management of a small but specialist supported housing stock across East and West Sussex, Brighton and Hove, often in partnership with Local Authorities and other Registered Providers.

We have created an exciting new Tenancy Support Coordinator post who will work within the Housing Division to develop and implement a complimentary support offer to Southdown's tenants.

The successful candidate will have worked in a supported housing setting with experience of managing staff and operational delivery. They will possess the skills to coach and develop staff to work in a 'Psychologically Informed Environment' and to use Reflective Practice. They will work collaboratively with a range of internal and external care and support services and possess the ability to develop supportive interventions to complement tenancy enforcement action.

The Tenancy Support Coordinator will hold a support caseload and manage a small team providing enhanced housing management support around issues such as digital inclusion, Universal Credit, anti-social behaviour and hoarding.

This post requires you to be a driver with access to a car for work purposes.

Salary: 26,318-28,773 per annum plus 1000 car user allowance per year.

Based: Lewes and Brighton
