Preston Drove hosts a service that supports 5 men with Learning Disabilities. The aim of the service is to provide a homely, person centred service where people can feel safe, happy and listened to; where people are encouraged and empowered to make their own choices and lead independent and stimulating lives.

The service is registered with the Care Quality Commission.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who will be flexible to meet the needs of the service users. The facility is service user led and the environment is busy and occasionally challenging. If successful you will be working as a member of an established and committed team. Training and supervision will be provided to support you in this role.
