About the Role

St Wilfrid’s Hospice has a new and exciting volunteer opportunity at the hospice. We are excited to announce that there will be a shop on-site at the hospice.

To start the shop will be open Monday to Saturday 10am – 2pm with the view to work towards longer opening hours. The shop will sell pre-loved books, puzzles, handbags, scarves, high quality bric-a-brac such as tea sets and vases plus diaries and Christmas cards.

They are now looking for volunteers who will be able to support the running of the shop;

- Retail Volunteer Team Leader – Hospice Shop

- Sales Assistant – Hospice Shop

The role of Retail Volunteer Team Leader is very exciting and ambitious role that has been developed to not only support the potential development for someone within their future career, training or education but we hope also demonstrates we recognise the abundance of skills and experience our volunteers are able to offer us.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
