Then read on to find out more about an exciting opportunity that has arisen in the West Sussex Community Wellbeing Service. The West Sussex Community Wellbeing Service is a preventative and recovery focused mental health service offering one to one support, peer mentoring and groups/courses for those experiencing a range of mental health difficulties. You will be able to work autonomously working one to one with clients to inspire and motivate them to work towards their chosen goals, whilst promoting their mental, physical and social wellbeing. You will use your own experience of mental health difficulties to support clients in their journey encouraging engagement in the community and signposting to other relevant agencies. You will also be required to facilitate our groups when cover is needed. Join our supportive team as the service continues to develop as part of an alliance known as Pathfinder. Car driver desirable due to required travel across the Mid Sussex area.
