Salary circa £22,000-26,000 per annum (negotiable)

Flourishing, entrepreneurial business based in Littlehampton is currently seeking a highly motivated warehousing / operations professional individual, with staff management experience, to oversee the daily workflow of a busy warehouse environment. Key responsibilities:

• Management of daily order work flow. Order picking, packing and dispatch.
• Team management – keeping picking / packing employees motivated and organising appropriate training. Conducting appraisals, recruitment, promotion etc.
• Working alongside Operations Admin and Operations Management to ensure the business maximises daily dispatch and dispatch of correct time-sensitive orders.
• Meeting SLA targets for all customers.
• Working alongside Operations Admin and Operations Management to identify any problematic products / warehouse issues and ways of improving warehousing operations.
• Rota Planning.
• Health and Safety.
