In this role you will be leading a variety of interesting and engaging employment related activities for small groups and work opportunities with local employers for individual service users. You will be leading on a new project launching an inclusive exhibition space in the community run by service users in a new venue that Grace Eyre has at the Open Market.  You will be responsible for planning, leading and risk assessing any activities and participants.  You will also work with participants to create individual learning plans and record achievements on these as you work towards their individual goals and the organisation.  Experience of working in supported employment is highly desirable. This role is likely to involve some work during the weekend.
