You will work with representatives from central regional and local government, senior council officers, private and public sector stakeholders and with council officers and agencies from across the partnership. The role requires an individual with the ability to be both strategic and operational. You will be working in a complex political environment and will need experience in building effective working relationships spanning organisational hierarchies, structures and geographical boundaries. You must possess sound research and analytical skills along with excellent communication and ICT skills, experience in managing budgets and matrix management, covering various disciplines including consultants and contractors.
