Through early intervention and by taking preventative action our Account Managers provide a proactive and efficient rent arrears recovery service.

With experience in a customer focussed environment, in this post you’ll be able to balance the support and enforcement elements of this role. This varied role will see you building relationships with a range of different agencies, visiting customers in arrears and agreeing repayment schedules, as well as promoting money advice, advising on benefits and encouraging financial inclusion. You’ll also serve legal notices, attend court and coordinate evictions. We manage a portfolio of 11,500 homes.
