West Sussex County Catering require a Catering Assistant 15 per week 11.30-2.30 term time plus 5 cleaning days based at Woodlands Meed College Burgess Hill.

We require a Catering Assistant to support the Cook Supervisor to prepare, cook and serve our home produced school lunch in line with the current Food Standards. This term time position will require good verbal skills to communicate well with young people to enhance their life skills during the lunchtime service. You will also be required to record information in line with Food Safety Legislation and Health & Safety.

This position is very physical you will be required to putting up and down furniture in the dining room. You will also be required to carry out cleaning duties. Catering experience would be an advantage but full on-site training will be given to the successful candidate.
