Dealmaker Salary £18,000 + a 21% bonus if individual targets are met.

Are you experienced in Call Centre Customer Service and have worked within a Sales environment or would like to? If you are looking to work for a great company who look after their staff and make working in an office fun, then this is the role for you.

Working within the 'Deal Making' team you will develop customer accounts to hit monthly appointed achievable targets. Working with different teams both internal and external to the company you will ensure customer applications are processed quickly and efficiently, focussing on the customers realistic affordable payments before closing deals.

What you will be doing -

- Active outbound calls to customers / dealers and brokers through warm leads to obtain further information. This will be when a customer is not successful with securing a finance agreement through a mainstream lender.

- Proactive outbound calls to customers to gather income and expenditure details to confirm suitability, then provide a quote.

- Follow up with a phone call to the customer once quote has been approved to arrange appointments and close the deal. Keeping in regular contact with the completing department and dealer.

- Ensure all inbound telephone calls are dealt with promptly.

- Ensure all fully approved customers are contacted within 30 mins of being accepted keeping in line with agreed SLA's.

- Chase customers and dealers at least 3 times through different methods of contact before closing any applications which are not taken up by the customer.

- Ensure customers are happy at each stage of the process and are full aware of what is going on.

- Discuss and gain agreement from customers on an immobilising device being fitted in the car, for if payments are not made.

- Arrange appointments with the customers to meet the completer at the dealership to sign all paperwork / contracts.

You should –

- Have a good standard of English

- Have experience working within financial services industry within a call centre environment (desirable).

- Have an excellent telephone manner and attention to detail.

- Be able to work under pressure in a busy environment.

- Be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

- Be computer literate.

- Have good time management and organisational skills.

Please note this role is to work 37.5 hours per week to include evening & weekends working on a rolling rota basis between 9am and 8pm. You will only work 2 weekends per month.
