Based from West Sussex you will be the lead account manager for a prestige food retailer. Due to excellent growth, this is a great opportunity to manage and be the face of a brand-new department for an international food company. The job will involve travel within the UK and across Europe.

Your excellent relationship building skills will support you throughout your new job of maintaining complete control of a leading retail account. You will effectively manage communication and establishing solid relationships with the key account by ensuring excellent delivery of customer service.

Working autonomously, you have the opportunity to create and manage weekly and monthly business performance reports whilst achieving KPI's to deliver the budget. Using your drive and enthusiasm you will successfully develop annual customer plans to increase profitable business growth.

Our ideal candidate

To succeed in this job, it is likely that you will have previous national account management (NAM) experience working within the food retail industry. Being the primary point of contact for our clients biggest account, it is an advantage if you do have Tesco business account experience but it is not essential. With sound, financial and business insight (including profit and loss) you will use your natural organisational and management skills to achieve success.

Salary & Benefits

Benefits include a generous basic salary of £45,000 per annum, a company car, 5 weeks' holiday plus bank holidays, company pension scheme and the opportunity for international business travel.
