About the Role

Wivelsfield School is looking for an inspirational and creative full time teacher to join our happy and dedicated team to teach a KS2 Class. The school  benefits from  spacious modern  premises  with  extensive  grounds and is situated in the heart of the village, near both  Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill.  We are a very popular, oversubscribed school and  pride ourselves on being friendly and welcoming with a strong ‘community ethos’. In September 2017 all classes will be taught in single year groups and it is likely that core subjects will be taught in single year groups for most sessions from April. 

The successful candidate will - be an inspirational and excellent classroom practitioner, who is able to engage children through exciting and creative teaching. - be committed to high standards and raising attainment for all children -be flexible and able to work closely with KS2 team members and the wider school community -be keen to engage in continuing professional development
