West Sussex Partners In Care (WSPiC) is the largest representative body for community care in West Sussex, working on behalf of small, medium and large private, voluntary and not for profit organisations. It seeks to provide a single unified voice on behalf of its members and the health and social care sector across the County.

As a voluntary organisation helping voice our members concerns about the crisis in adult social care across the UK, the effects of the Living Wage and reaching the standards set out by CQC, this is an important time. We need financial resources to achieve our goals so we are creating the role of a business development manager. The successful applicant will take the lead in growing our membership and increasing sponsorship from businesses concerned with all aspects of care.

The role of Business Development Manager uses a combination of relationship management, commercial awareness and innovation whilst using a consultative approach. The duties will include raising WSPiC's profile, developing awareness of care issues and market trends, as well as liaising with partners and stakeholders.
