A local family run business, with a fantastic reputation for providing social care to adults with learning disabilities are looking for a Support Worker to join their expanding company within their service based in Pulborough, West Sussex. The organisation have services spanning across East and West Sussex with a mixture of Supported Living and Residential Services.

As a Support Worker your duties will include supporting and assisting the service users in all aspects of their daily lives. You will be ensuring they receive a good standard of physical, emotional and social care. You will be supporting 3 adults aged 60 and over who have; learning disabilities, challenging behaviours, mental health and sensory impairment. Each person receives one to one support.

As the perfect candidate for this role you will have:
--Previous experience of working with adults with Learning Disabilties or strong experience of working with the elderly.
--Previous experience within supported living or residential services.

With this fantastic job opportunity, you can expect to earn Up to £7.85 per hour. You will also receive £25 per sleep in shift. On top of this, any over time is paid at £10 per hour. You will also get the opportunity to undertake Health and Social Care diploma`s up to NVQ Level 5.
