Sales Team Leader
Nr Godalming
£25,000 plus commission + benefits
MUST DRIVE
An expanding Group of Companies are looking to expand and need a Sales Team Leader to take the Sales team forward.
Essential skills needed:-
- Previous experience leading a Sales team
- Proven track record in a fast paced sales environment
- Strong organisational skills
- Be able to motivate the sales team and focus on targets
Duties will entail, but will not be limited to:-
- Support the Head of Sales to ensure the departmental KPIs are met
- Reporting on daily, weekly and monthly sales records
- Motivate and lead by example
- To meet monthly KPIs and to identify and pursue opportunities
- Work as part of a team to achieve targets
In return the Company is offering a competitive salary plus commission, parking, holiday and Pension.
