Sales & Marketing Administrator

SignComp Europe markets and sells specific sign systems to the sign and advertising industry. We are currently seeking a Sales/Marketing Administrator to join our team.

This is a permanent position in a small office environment. Your role is to support the smooth running of the Sales Office and to take control of the marketing of the business and it’s products. This will entail, in time, your involvement in almost every aspect of the business.

Although training will be given you shall be expected to have a good degree of self-motivation, be generally well organised and tidy. Reliability is essential.

Particular consideration will be given to applicants who have experience in Marketing, Excel and Word.

Dealing with customers and suppliers over the telephone, insuring that order are dispatched efficiently and working within a small office - previous experience in an office environment would be an advantage. It is essential that you have a good command of the English language, are a good communicator, have a cheery disposition and most definitely a good sense of humour.

The hours of work are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with an hour for lunch. Preference would be given to applicants living within the Horsham area.

25 days holiday are allowed each year (in addition to the standard bank holidays).
