We have a range of vacancies within our Information and Advice Team and want to recruit enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with older people and can support us to continue delivering quality services. Information and Advice Outreach Adviser, 27 hours per week, Salary 13,380.12 per annum, based in Crawley delivering an outreach service in Mid Sussex and Crawley. We deliver an information and advice service to people aged over 50, their families and carers on a wide range of issues, operating an Advice Quality Standard (AQS) marked advice line from our headquarters in Littlehampton, face to face advice at outreach locations throughout West Sussex and home visits for less mobile clients. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team with proven communication and people skills and knowledge and experience of delivering advice. The Information and Advice service provides advice on a broad range of topics including, financial, benefits, debt, housing, employment, consumer, care, community support, funding care, education and leisure activities.
