In line with this strategy, they are investing heavily in their people and have a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal to join their highly experienced and regarded Family department in Crawley.

About the team:
The team works on a wide range of marital and family-related issues with an emphasis on Mid to High net worth clients and the resolution of their financial disputes. The team plays an active role in working with clients to deal with their holistic needs and prides itself on providing an excellent bespoke service. There are currently 5 fee earners of varying levels of seniority within the team who are motivated to continue to grow the department. We are recognised as one of the leading family departments both in size and complexity of the work that we undertake in the South-East region outside of London.

About the role:
You will demonstrate that they have a genuine passion for family law and have the requisite soft skills that are required to deal with client going through one of the most traumatic experiences of their life. You will be provided with support by the rest of the team and this is an excellent opportunity to learn from the best "on the job" whilst working on your colleagues files. There shall be opportunity to progress over time in a secure environment but common sense and a willingness to be proactive and take the initiative where appropriate would be desirable. Finally the you should have a good sense of humour which is a must in a family law.
