Our client is looking for an individual who has excellent customer service skills and has great customer handling skills with a keen interest for fashion or beauty. You will have responsibility and ownership of named accounts and be the first point of contact for your customers, building relationships and offering support assistance.

You would work in partnership with the warehouse, accounts department and carriers to provide efficient and proactive way to process, deliver orders and track ad trace orders.
You would be responsible for handling and solving shipment issues or customer queries, together with billing accounts.
