A top 10 accountancy firm are seeking a qualified corporate finance associate to join their highly regarded M&A team at their office in Gatwick (Crawley), West Sussex

About You

• Likely to be ACA, ACCA or CFq qualified (or equivalent)
• Current or recent experience within a credible large sized accountancy firm
• 1-2 years minimum mid-market M&A experience
• First class presentation and communication skills
• Extremely ambitious
• Proven experience developing new business
• Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours when required

About the Corporate Finance role

• Provide support as part of a deal team
• Supervising junior staff when necessary
• Provide in depth analysis of companies and industries
• Act as an advisory point of contact
• Important member of pitch teams
• Play an essential part in a team of Managers and Partners
• Identifying potential buyers and investors
• Maintain personal network
