Support Worker

Salary £17,372 per annum

Rising to scale 4 £ 17,714 - £19,742 on successful completion of probation.

37 hours per week worked on a rolling rota 

Are you passionate about changing the lives of homeless and vulnerable people in Chichester, Arun and the surrounding areas? 

Working across our Day Hub in Chichester and Recovery Project in Bognor Regis, you will be undertaking key working, support planning, risk management and outreach activities.

It is essential that you will have a non-judgmental and enabling approach to supporting single homeless and vulnerable adults and have experience and knowledge of Health, Housing and Work issues facing service users who are in recovery. 

This post requires a flexible approach to working between both projects on a seven day week rolling rota which will include 9am-5pm, 12.30pm 20.30pm or 7:45am-15:45pm shifts.
