My client are a leading distribution business who are looking to appoint an Operations Manager on a six moth contract. You will be responsible for the preparation, planning and delivery of homecare services to the standards set by the company, GDP (Good Distribution Practices), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and the contracts for the provision of the services. To ensure service delivery excellence whilst constantly challenging cost structure with a focus on maintaining contractual and company KPI's.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

To provide effective leadership that ensures high quality standards for delivery of the service
To Improve the operational systems, processes and policies to support existing ISO accreditation
To drive operational efficiency including cost reduction
To contribute to the strategic direction of the business in conjunction with the Executive Management team
To plan, measure and report on service delivery activities
To ensure that the business meets contractual KPIs/ Service delivery levels
To be responsible for minimising and managing risk through strategic operations
To ensuring good relationships and effective communication is maintained with key stakeholders
To be responsible for the performance and development of all team members
To drive team members to meat business objectives through motivation and engagement
