Our approach to delivering a great customer experience is a reflection of our obsession for perfection and at the Goodwood Hotel, we love that fact we can deliver this 24/7, over 365 days of the year.

To support our great team, we are now looking for a Night Porter to take responsibility for looking after our guests and the hotel throughout the night and early morning. You will be expected take a lead for dealing with late guest check-ins and departures, coordinating hotel night auditing processes and managing general guest enquiries.

You will be confident in working in a small team, numerate and have well developed customer service and interpersonal skills. The hours of work are 10.30pm to 7.15am

Experience is preferred, but not essential. It is more important to us that you are highly motivated to deliver great customer experiences and that you have a positive attitude with a flexible approach to work by covering night and early morning shifts.
