Working within one of Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust’s Mental Health Recovery Teams, you will directly support people with enduring mental health issues to gain employment, education or voluntary opportunities in line with the Individual Placement and Support Model. You will also liaise directly with employers to provide ongoing support to enable people to retain jobs. With experience of providing employment advice, you will also demonstrate a strong commitment and empathy to maximise work opportunities for people with mental health needs. This post requires you to be a driver with access to a car for work purposes.
