Waking Nights Support Workersrequired for brand new service for boys aged 12-18 with potentially harmful sexualised behaviour, based in a beautifully set rural location in the Horsham area.

This role involves a high level of specialist childcare, owing to the nature of the role the job comes with a high level of 1-1 and key working.

As awaking nights member of staffyou willbe working on a 5 on, 5 off rota. In depth working knowledge of every child matters and OFSTED is essential to secure this role, the organisation currently has an outstanding award which they wish to maintain.

Experience working in a similar role in a similar childrens service is essential and you also must be a car driver due to the rural location of the service.
