*** Brand new job role to the West Sussex Area ***

Re-enablement care workers required to work closely with elderly people who have recently come out of hospital.

The job role entails visiting elderly people at home and ensuring that they are able to carry on living independently in their own homes.

Job entails working from a caseload of clients visiting them for set amount of hours per week, working closely from care plans you will be building effective relationships and monitoring elderly people to ensure they are safe and able to live independently. Due to this you must be prepared to carry out personal care.

Both Part Time (minimum 20 hours per week) and full time roles available and hours are flexible but you must be able to work mon-sun with shifts of 7-3 (early) and 3-11 (evening)

Due to the nature of this role you must have own transport.

Previous experience preferred but please apply if you have a genuine interest in working with the elderly in an outreach related role.
