2 bedded specialist autism specific service for young adults based in Hove is currently recruiting for support workers to join their team and assist in the ongoing development of the service.

Working with 2 young females who have functioning autism and display challenging behaviour you will be working closely with service users who regularly display challenging behaviour.

Great service set in a quiet residential location, giving scope for a wide range of activities and pursuits which empower and improve the overall life of the service user in a positive manner.

1 years experience in a similar setting essential as unit is challenging, also you must be prepared to work shifts/sleep ins.

NVQ 3 preferred but not essential as previous experience is important.
