Financial Adviser Support Administrator

Due to growth, a local IFA is seeking two additional Support Administrators to the Financial Advisers including:

  • Managing inbound client queries
  • Creating Asset Allocation Spreadsheets
  • Sending out Advisory letters and enclosures
  • Managing diary appointments on Adviser Office (First Software)
  • Managing tasks and work in progress on Adviser Office and scanning in meeting notes
  • Setting up new clients including letters, invoice and details of service letters
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post
  • Monitor and action diary actions to deadlines, updating Adviser Office
  • Monitor and pass to adviser Client reviews
  • Valuations to be produced at this time and passed to supervisor for checking

Skills / Experience:

  • Financial Software – Adviser Office (1st) very desirable
  • IT systems – Outlook, MS Word essential, Excel
  • IFA Office procedures and compliance
  • Up to degree standard - preferred
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in an IFA environment
