Carer Wellbeing Support Worker, Autistic Spectrum Conditions
£10,798 for 18.5 hours per week ( £21,597 FTE)
Covering Northern West Sussex (Crawley, Horsham, East Grinstead) and Mid Sussex
You will also provide Response Line cover from one of our offices where our team services are based.

Our Services
Our staff support unpaid carers who may be family, friends, parents or partners looking after someone with an additional need, frailty, illness, disability, drug or alcohol problem.

Your Role
You will work as a member of a county-wide team to achieve recognition for all carers, provide information and personal advice, support and advocacy for carers and work in partnership with local voluntary, health and social care services.
Essential qualities include understanding the issues carers face, excellent interpersonal skills, experience in a relevant work role and commitment to high quality service.
