Warm Sales Executive

£16,000 - £18,000 + benefits and commission

Due to growth, a local friendly organisation is seeking an additional member to their team to follow up warm leads and convert to sales. The telesales team are responsible for selling services to contractors in the self-employed market. Using warm leads passed over from the Business Development team, the Warm Sales Executives contact individuals who are not yet registered to explain the benefits of the service and how being registered can help them to increase their income. Using the bespoke in-house CRM system, the team are able to run through a calculation with the individuals using their self-employed income in order to determine what they may be able to claim.
Once a sale is secured, the team issue documents to clients in order to get them signed up and, once
the information has been received back, the client is then handed over.

Essential Skills
Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal
Clear telephone manner and clear listening skills
Excellent customer focus
Team player
Good knowledge of how to operate Word, Excel and E-mail

Desirable:
Proven telesales ability
Use of CRM software
Experience in the construction industry
